Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master's degree in Special Education is preferred.
Certification: Current teaching certification with a special education endorsement.
Experience: 3+ years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Expertise: Familiarity with a wide range of learning disabilities and intervention strategies.
Tech-Savvy: Strong technology skills with a willingness to learn new digital platforms.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Student Engagement: Ability to motivate and engage students in a virtual setting.
