You possess excellent troubleshooting skills.

You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of IT experience. (We won't discriminate based on where you got your degree!)
You're proficient in Microsoft Server and Desktop Technologies and have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.

Bonus points if you have experience with:
Microsoft SQL Server
Server Hardware / Storage
Hyper-V / VMWare
Cloud Solutions like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
