Compensation:

Join our team as a Setter Manager and unlock the potential for uncapped bonuses! We offer a flat rate bonus of $800, contingent on successfully completing 4 personal pitches per week. Additionally, each extra pitch beyond the minimum requirement earns up to $140.

As part of our commitment to recognizing individual achievements, personal pitches are further rewarded with $100 per kilowatt (KW), with no clawbacks.

Each of your team members' pitches will also contribute to your weekly paycheck!

Estimated Yearly earnings are $90,000-$110,000

This encompasses recruiting, hiring, training, and leading by setting a stellar example. Key performance indicators include cost management while ensuring optimal efficiency.

• Motivate your team through meetings and group chats.
• Participate in incentives and sales tournaments.
