Position Summary: The Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for managing online sales, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales through our ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solar energy, strong sales skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage incoming leads and inquiries.
• Engage with potential customers via chat, email, phone, and other online communication channels to understand their solar energy needs.
• Develop and present customized quotes, proposals that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Close sales and ensure a seamless experience for customers, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Solar Sovereign’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and processes for the ecommerce environment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and advancements in solar technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in or the solar/renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, products, and benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers through digital channels.
• Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced online environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and ecommerce platforms.
• High level of motivation, integrity, and a passion for renewable energy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $105,000.00 per year
