Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue through strategic engagement with potential clients, negotiating contract terms, and closing sales for our high-ticket digital coaching products. You will utilize your expertise to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Leads: Research and generate potential client leads for high-value digital products.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact and establish a relationship with prospective clients through effective communication.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the benefits and value of our digital products.
  • Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to strengthen partnerships and explore further sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize sales strategies and approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales, particularly in digital products or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of sales psychology.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Go High Level, Hubspot and sales tracking tools.
  • Adept at handling objections and managing complex sales cycles.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Base salary of $48,000 a year. 
  • PLUS a competitive commission structure based on initial sales and renewals.
  • Our digital coaching products range from $4,000 - $10,000 monthly.
