Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Vehicle Titles JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that vehicle title documents are accurately notarized and recorded, facilitating smooth ownership transitions for vehicle owners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Conduct remote notarizations for vehicle title transfers and related documents via secure video conferencing platforms. Verify the identities of parties involved in the title transfer to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Thoroughly review vehicle title documents to confirm their accuracy before notarization. Accurately notarize documents in accordance with state-specific regulations and company guidelines. Guide clients through the notarization process, addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain comprehensive records of all notarization transactions, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards. Stay updated on vehicle title laws and regulations to ensure proper notarization procedures. Schedule and coordinate remote notarization appointments. Address technical or procedural issues that may arise during the remote notarization process.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Experience in notarizing vehicle title documents or familiarity with automobile transfer processes. Proficiency in using secure video conferencing platforms for remote notarizations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to clients. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review and notarization. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule for remote appointments. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, secure and reliable Internet connection, along with a professional home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
