Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple conversations effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and live chat tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
