Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated nursing professionals to join our home health team! If you're a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid nursing license in Ohio, we want to hear from you. This role offers a blend of in-home patient care and collaborative support within the healthcare community.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Valid nursing license to practice in the state of Ohio.
Current driver's license.
Ability to pass a BCI background check and drug screening.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and treatment to patients in their homes.
Perform a variety of tasks, including:
Wound care and IV therapy
Patient education on disease management and medication
Telehealth consultations
Venipuncture and Foley catheter care
Conducting assessments and developing care plans
Documenting care electronically
Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and external case managers.
Conduct supervisory visits for paraprofessional staff.
Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, PRN (as needed)
Compensation:

Annual salary ranging from $57,000 to $72,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Relocation:
