You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
• Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
• Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
• Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
