Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team at, a leading mortgage lending and servicing company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), communication strategies, Tealium, and be proficient in Jira and Agile methodology. This role will be responsible for driving product development, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy:

    • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, particularly in relation to CDP and customer communication strategies.
    • Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, technology, and compliance teams, to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
    • Champion the use of Tealium for customer data management, ensuring optimal utilization across marketing and communication platforms.

  • Agile Product Management:

    • Act as the Product Owner within the Agile Scrum team, responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product vision.
    • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
    • Utilize Jira to manage and track progress, ensuring transparency and efficient communication within the team and across departments.

  • Customer Data Platform (CDP) Management:

    • Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring that it supports personalized communication, customer segmentation, and analytics-driven marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy, integration, and accessibility across all customer touchpoints.
    • Leverage Tealium and other relevant tools to improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Communication:

    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and consistent communication regarding product goals, challenges, and progress.
    • Work with marketing and customer engagement teams to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance customer experiences and improve retention rates.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries, updates, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
    • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
