Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented P&C Insurance Agents who are sales-focused and have a strong desire to excel professionally in a highly competitive market.

This remote, 1099 position is ideal for those looking to transition to business ownership and build their own book of business under the Bird Dog Insurance brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage your own book of business
• Quote and bind new polices and renewals
• Utilizing technology and strategies to deliver exceptional customer services and product options to clients
• Use our comprehensive technology platforms and branding kit, including social media templates, to market your services effectively
• Maintain a high level of integrity and work ethic with vision and commitment

Qualifications:

• P&C Insurance license is REQUIRED – must be obtained within the first 45 days of employment
• Previous experience with State Farm, Farmers, Progressive, Travelers, Allstate and other captive agencies is helpful
• Tech savvy; solid understanding office suite programs, CRM's software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to generate own leads, as well as follow up with inbound leads
