Farm Business Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Business Consultant to join our client's team and provide expert guidance to farmers to optimize their operations and achieve sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate with farmers to develop tailored business plans, incorporating best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

2. Offer expertise in risk management, marketing strategies, and regulatory compliance to mitigate challenges and maximize opportunities.

3. Deliver educational workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one consultations to empower farmers with essential skills and knowledge.

4. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.

**Requirements:**

1. A bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

2. Proven experience in agronomy or Ag Economics

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and effectively convey complex concepts.

4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

5. Willingness to travel to meet with clients and conduct on-site assessments as needed.
