Reporting to the RN Manager of Perioperative Services, the Surgical Services RN Educator will work alongside unit leaders to develop and deliver consistent education services. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the Surgical Department performs many surgeries such as General Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Orthopedics, and more. As the Nurse Educator Perioperative Services, your work will empower nurses to reach their full potential, ensuring that they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills needed to deliver top-tier care. This role is essential in helping new hires transition smoothly into their roles and in ensuring that existing staff members continue to grow and excel in their careers.
