Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NDT Level III - UT Quality Engineer. As a key member of the quality department, the NDT Level III will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. The NDT Level III will be responsible for ensuring that all NDT internal and external quality requirements are adhered to and incorporated. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ultrasonic testing, preferably with immersion testing.
Duties:
- Drive quality investigations and root cause analysis for NDT issue
- Conduct quality audits to identify and address any issues with our products or processes.
- Conducts internal and external audits and supplier surveys to verify capability and/or compliance.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our quality control processes.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Host customer and third-party audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality control and assurance.
Qualifications:
- Previous or Current NAS410 and/or ASNT Level III UT certification required
- Immersion Ultrasonic experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
