Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Applied Biological Laboratories. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat, answering questions and resolving issues related to our biological laboratory products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, and product usage
· Provide technical support and guidance on product applications and protocols
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
· Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
· Strong knowledge of biological laboratory products and protocols
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently in a remote setting
· Proficiency in chat software and technology
· Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
