Position Overview: The Industrial Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of industrial construction projects, focusing on steel, concrete, and piping infrastructure for energy and waste water treatment facilities. They will be responsible for estimating project costs, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to define project scope and goals
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
• Perform cost estimation and budget analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates
• Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and piping construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
• Experience with estimating and budgeting for construction projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
