We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Community Outreach Representative to join our team immediately. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in community outreach, public relations, and event management while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our mission and programs.
• Event Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events and outreach activities, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local businesses, and other relevant entities.
• Awareness Campaigns: Support the development and implementation of awareness campaigns to increase community participation and support.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members and stakeholders to assess the impact of our outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties related to community outreach, including maintaining records, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong interest in community service, public relations, and event management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
