Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Pay Rate: $12.00 - $14.00, varies with experience. Hours will be Monday 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm, Friday 3:30 pm - 6 pm, and two or three Saturdays per month from 9 am - 1 pm. Additional hours may be available based on business needs and your availability. Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls, and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Greet and assist customers pleasantly and professionally.
• Assist customers with cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Closing out invoices via the computer.
• General office duties include filling, making copies, and scanning documents.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, and comprehend simple instructions, and short correspondence.
• Ability to effectively share information with co-workers and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient computer skills and office skills.
• Positive attitude and disposition.
