We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist in identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to meet the needs of our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition. You’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced recruiters as you learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to source and attract potential candidates for open positions.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates by maintaining regular communication and providing updates on the recruitment process.
• Client Support: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Offer Negotiation: Assist in extending job offers and negotiating terms between candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or HR is a plus but not required.
