What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Executive Marketing Manager and participate in a robust training program covering:

  • Marketing Fundamentals: Learn how to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Direct Advertising Techniques: Engage customers with impactful results-driven approaches.
  • Promotional Tactics & Visual Merchandising: Enhance brand presence through innovative techniques.
  • Consumer Market Research: Analyze target audiences and design tailored strategies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Support customer acquisition and retention efforts using modern marketing strategies.
  • Address customer needs with professionalism and personalized attention.
  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to strategize and oversee campaigns.
  • Engage directly with customers to deliver customized solutions.
  • Generate leads, build a robust client base, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist senior marketing staff with projects and special initiatives.

  • A 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
