Bt Group Plc in Omaha, NE is looking for one customer service representative (csr) to join our 6 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Represatative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smooth, This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Proficiency in live chat software and technology
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
