Commercial Roofer

Position Overview
As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of commercial buildings by providing quality roofing services. You will use your expertise to evaluate, install, maintain and repair roofs, while ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct inspections and diagnose problems with roofing systems
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on roofing systems
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
• Work outside in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofer.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing practices, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Safety training certification
• Experience in commercial construction or field service is a plus.
