As a Clinical Healthcare Consultant, you will be working with an extremely collaborative team. We are always looking for ways to improve and provide better care for our patients and clients. Position Responsibilities:

• Partnering with physician clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and other community referral sources.
• Participating in community activities, sponsored activities and vendor fairs (may include some evening and weekends).
• Acting as a liaison between external and internal customers. Identifies referral-related issues and performs follow-up.
• Creating and maintains a close working relationship with Phoenix Directors and Supervisors and outside partners.
• Meeting with families to determine care needs and help facilitate referrals to appropriate Phoenix department(s).
• Presenting features and benefits of all Phoenix services, highlighting differentiators, asking probing questions, listening to service issues, handling objections, asking for the business.

Requirements:

• Friendly outgoing personality.
• Ability to work alone and on a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Will train the right candidate.
