Position Purpose:

The Client Technology Consultant I is responsible for providing operational support and consulting for client technologies used by Tuck school students, faculty, and staff. This role emphasizes proactive service, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration to help bridge the gap between technology and the community.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:

Associates plus 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to understand client perspective and deliver client-focused service.
  • Demonstrated ability in supporting desktop and mobile operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively on teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Capable of physically managing tasks including lifting and transporting heavy objects.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Academic environment.
  • Experience using IT service management software.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management concepts and tools.
  • Technology-related professional certification such as CompTIA, HDI, or other industry related credential.
