Small rural Christian school (preschool through 5th grade) seeks an interim school administrator. Possibility of the position to become permanent. Must have a strong Christian faith. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to manage complex school budgets and fund raising projects and have the ability to clearly report the status of the school, finances, and relevant issues to the Board. Experience in Christian education is a plus.
Duties Duties include but are not limited to the following: oversee teaching staff; perform annual reviews of staff; conduct staff meetings; prepare school budget; work with the Parent Staff Fellowship group to coordinate activities and plan fund raising events; report to school board monthly Requirements Strong Christian faith and regular attendance at a church; Bachelor degree; Experience teaching for a minimum of 5 years; Previous experience in school administration Nice To Haves Experience in teaching or administration in a Christian school.
