Position Overview:

As a Strategic Client Executive, you will oversee a portfolio of Strategic Accounts in the 5,000+ customer segment. Your role involves managing existing business relationships, driving growth and profitability, and guiding strategic initiatives for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute client-specific business plans to deliver value-added services.
Foster strong relationships with customers and consultants, ensuring senior management engagement.
Monitor client financial performance and lead renewal planning and negotiations.
Demonstrate expertise in our products, services, and solutions to effectively address client needs.
Collaborate across internal departments to achieve positive outcomes for clients and the company.
Drive new business acquisition through effective marketing and expanding product/service offerings.
Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to management.
Required Qualifications:

State insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
6+ years of experience managing employee benefit accounts or consulting.
3+ years of experience managing large National Accounts in the insurance industry.
Strong underwriting, financial, and analytical skills.
Proven track record in relationship management and client retention.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
Willingness to travel within the Southeast region as needed (25 - 50% travel).

Ability to effectively communicate and develop consensus among multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled negotiator with a strategic vision for client accounts.
Excellent presentation and training skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
