Position Summary: Nurse Advice Line Supervisor (Remote Eligible)
We're seeking an experienced Nurse Advice Line Supervisor to lead and support a dedicated team of telehealth registered nurses providing 24/7 triage services, self-care guidance, and general health advice. This role is essential in ensuring eligible Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries receive exceptional care coordination and customer service, including:
Provider locator support
Military treatment facility (MTF) appointment scheduling
Urgent care referrals
Custom MTF transfers

Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (day shift).
On-call responsibilities are required to ensure seamless operations.
Remote Eligible: Candidates must reside in the U.S. or Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, customer service associates, and other staff using telehealth technology.
Identify and share opportunities for improving care quality and operational efficiency.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Thrive in a virtual team environment, maintaining open and transparent communication.
Provide expert guidance on electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Offer direct support to nursing staff and patients, ensuring adherence to military health system protocols and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of clinical practice experience, with a focus on telehealth, nurse advice lines, or remote clinical consultations.
Board certification in a relevant specialty such as family medicine, internal medicine, or emergency medicine (other telehealth-related specialties will also be considered).
An active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or Washington, D.C.
Ability to pass all required credentialing and background checks, as mandated by the contracting office.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Additional Information
This position is contingent upon contract award, client approval, and the successful completion of a favorable background investigation.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
