Bilingual Community Outreach Registered Nurse (Mobile Unit)

A Bilingual Community Outreach Registered Nurse (Mobile Unit) is needed in Lakeland, FL.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000 to $86,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Health Insurance: 4 Medical Plans with Meritain Health
• Dental Insurance: Employer Covers 50% of the Premium
• Vision Insurance: 100% frame allowance at select retailers
• Paid Time Off: 29 days in your first year (PTO Cash Out 100%)
• Retirement Package: 401(K) with a 4% match
• Short Term and Long Term Disability: 60% of pay to a maximum of $10,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: 8am-5pm - dependent on what events are scheduled for the week (flexible scheduling)
• Community Focus: Engage with individuals and families across diverse age ranges within the Lakeland community

Requirements:

• Licensure: Valid Florida license as a Registered Nurse
• Certifications: CPR Certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Experience: Social Worker with a passion for community outreach.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• 1 year experience working in migrant communities and underserved populations and demographics
• Experience maneuvering and operating a mobile unit. Enhanced DMV licensure not required.
