We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

1. Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
2. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making personalized recommendations when requested.
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning utensils, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
4. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing correct change.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed and ensuring stock rotation to maintain freshness.
6. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
8. Stay up-to-date on current trends in the beverage industry and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a bartender in a similar establishment.
2. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
5. Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
7. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.
