Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Occasional Saturdays depending on work load) Pay: $17-$21/hr Paid Semi Monthly Benefits:

Duties As an Automotive Title clerk your duties will be to process titles in a timely manor. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Verify down payments & funding received.
• Wholesale and Dealer-trade processing.
• Title work, including working with other states
• Accurately process titles daily (precious dealership titling experience is a must)
• Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail or telephone in a professional, calm, demeanor
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, lien releases, etc.
• Knowledge of WebDealer preferred
• Other Misc Duties as assigned that are relevant to position
• Must pass MVR, background and drug screen prior to hiring.

Qualifications

• Must have CDK experience
• Previous Automotive Titling experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
