As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Office Manager.

Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our office manager in the day-to-day operations of our electrical company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office manager, including managing schedules, handling phone calls.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and letters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the electrician industry or related field is a plus.
