We are looking for an Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Analysis Team Product Owner (PO) to join our team to support the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO).

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Providing oversight and prioritization of the Analysis team.
• Working with Solution management in setting priorities of the team for each product increment and sprint.
• Technical briefings and advisement to leadership on the status and recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts on the IFMC mission.

At a minimum you should have:

• Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
• A bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences, or mathematics.
• Experience running end-to-end simulations of missile defense systems and performing post run analysis.
• The ability to communicate complex technical issues to leadership.
• The ability to work with multiple customers and prioritize competing requests with management support.
• Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset.
• Have a minimum of 7 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above.

You will be highly desirable if you have:

• Knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS.
• Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM or KANBAN team.

Estimated Salary Range:

• Intermediate: $125,000 - $140,000
• Senior: $150,000 - $180,000

The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
